Frame Fabrication

The frame is made out of 14 Gauge mild steel tubing, using Tube Bending, Tube Coping and MIG welding manufacturing processes. Here is an annotated visual for better clarity of the names:

The frame is composed of the following subcomponents:

• Seat Stay
• Seat Cage
• Ladder Supports
• Handle Bar Stem
• Dropouts
